LtS Privacy Policy

LtS turns long recordings, such as streams, podcasts and shows, into short videos and publishes them to the social media accounts its operator connects. This policy says what LtS collects when an account is connected, what it does with it, and how to have it deleted.

01Who is responsible

LtS is software developed and operated by Kaique Santos, Santo Antônio da Platina, PR, Brasil, under the Fique Online studio. Kaique Santos is the controller of the personal data described here under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Write to [email protected] about anything in this policy.

LtS publishes to accounts its operator owns or is authorized to manage. It is not a public sign-up service.

02What we collect

When an account is connected, and only then, we keep:

  • The account's identity: the platform's id for it (for example a TikTok open id or a YouTube channel id), its display name and its username or handle.
  • The authorization the platform issued: access and refresh tokens, and the permissions (scopes) that were granted.
  • A record of what LtS published: the platform's id for each post, its title, description and tags, its privacy setting, when it was posted and whether it succeeded.
  • Where a platform offers it and permission was granted: view and engagement counts for the videos LtS itself published, used only to learn which edits work.

We never collect passwords, contacts, followers' personal data, direct messages, payment details, location or device identifiers.

03How we use it

  • To show which account is connected, and to whom it belongs.
  • To publish the videos the operator chooses, with the title, description, privacy setting and disclosures chosen for them.
  • To check that the connection still works.
  • To measure how the videos LtS published perform.

Nothing else. Data received from a platform is not used for advertising, is not used to build profiles of anyone, is not sold, and is not used to train artificial intelligence models.

04Platform by platform

TikTok. We ask for user.info.basic and user.info.profile, to know which account was connected, and video.publish, to post videos through TikTok's Content Posting API. Before each post we read the privacy options TikTok allows that account and post only within them.

YouTube. LtS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. LtS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's permissions page.

Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. When an account on another platform is connected, the same limits apply: we keep its identity and authorization, publish what the operator chooses, and read the performance of what we published. Nothing more.

05Where it is kept and how it is protected

Data is kept in a database on a computer the operator controls, not on a shared hosting service. Tokens are encrypted at rest with a key kept apart from the database, are never shown in the interface, and are sent nowhere except back to the platform that issued them. Every connection to a platform is made over HTTPS.

06Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. Data received from a platform goes back only to that platform, to publish or to renew the connection.

The recordings the operator supplies may be processed by artificial intelligence service providers to transcribe and edit them. Account data and tokens are never sent to those providers.

We would disclose data only if Brazilian law or a court order required it.

07Keeping and deleting your data

Tokens are kept while an account is connected, and disconnecting it in LtS deletes them at once. The account's identity and the record of what was published are kept so that the publishing history stays accurate, until deletion is asked for.

To have everything about an account deleted:

  • Revoke the app's access on the platform: in TikTok, under Settings and privacy, in the permissions for apps and services; on Google, at your account's permissions page; on Facebook and Instagram, under Apps and websites in the account's settings.
  • Write to [email protected] with the subject "LtS data deletion", naming the platform and the account. We delete everything we hold about it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting data from LtS does not remove videos already published on a platform. Those are deleted on the platform itself.

08Your rights

Under the LGPD (article 18), and similar laws such as the GDPR, you may ask to know whether we hold data about you, to see it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, know who it was shared with, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD.

09Children

LtS is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

10This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, keeps no access log and loads nothing from any other service. Reading it tells us nothing about you.

11Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change is told to the holders of connected accounts before it takes effect.
