01What LtS does
LtS turns long recordings into short videos and, when a social media account is connected, publishes to it the videos you tell it to, with the title, description and privacy setting you choose.
02Your accounts
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for access to them, and you may disconnect them at any time.
03Your content
You keep every right to your recordings and to the videos LtS makes from them. You grant us only the permission needed to process them and publish them where you say. You are responsible for holding the rights to the material, including music, third party footage and the likeness of the people in it, and for what is published.
04Each platform's rules
Every post goes out under the platform's own terms and guidelines, such as TikTok's Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta's Terms. LtS labels content made or altered with artificial intelligence, such as synthetic narration, and declared paid promotion, wherever the platform asks. You agree to declare these truthfully.
05Acceptable use
Do not use LtS to publish illegal, infringing, misleading or spam content, to impersonate anyone, or to get around a platform's limits.
06Availability
LtS is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or stop. Platforms may refuse, limit or remove posts, and LtS does not control that.
07Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost audience or revenue, or a platform's decisions. Nothing here limits rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
08Ending
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts whenever you like. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
09Privacy
What we do with the data of connected accounts is in the Privacy Policy.
10Changes, law and venue
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. They are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Santo Antônio da Platina, PR, are chosen as venue, except where the law guarantees a consumer their own. Questions: [email protected].
